The Focus inclinometer remains red or refuses to center during or following an inverted scan.
An issue with Focus firmware may affect the GUI display of the inclinometer during or following an inverted scan. This should not affect scan data, and the scan should look correct when imported into SCENE.
Try clicking directly in the inclinometer menu to update the view, or give the scanner a few minutes to update sensor information.
Note: If scanned data looks incorrect after importing into SCENE, this could be an unrelated hardware issue. Contact customer service for further support.
