The EndPoint Security Applications, or Windows Active Directory Group Policies, used by some organizations can block USB connections to enhance their network and data security procedures. If your organization has implemented this practice, connection to the FaroArm will be prevented, even when using Bluetooth or Wireless connections.
If this has occurred, your organization IT department can use the FaroArm USB Device Class GUID listed above to create an exception in either the EndPoint Security Application or the Windows Active Directory Group Policy.
