To request an annual certification for your FARO device, contact FARO® Support in one of these ways.
Consider scheduling your annual certification at least 30 days in advance of your certification expiration date.
Please be prepared to give the Agent this information.
- The serial number of your FARO device
- Return shipping instructions
- Payment information to handle charges that may not be covered by your warranty
CAUTION: Collect or COD shipments are not accepted unless authorized in advance by an Agent.
Once your request has been processed, the Agent gives you a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions for sending your device to a factory service center. Include the RMA number in the shipping package with your device, and use it in when you communicate with Agents.
