Important scanner operations, sensor data, as well as warnings, and errors will be saved to the log file that can help customer service to identify problems and the cause of possible errors.
To save and export the file, on the Scanner touch screen:
GOTO > Home > Manage > Service > Log file.
Click on "Export" button to export Log file to the SD card in a folder called "Logfile". Save it to your computer from the SD card then send it to FARO Customer Support.
