LG Phone Reoccurring Notification with Vantage S/E*INT

Overview
Some users have experienced persistent notifications for Activation and Emergency Call dialog's that appear when powering up the LG phones that are currently shipping with the Vantages and VantageE Laser Tracker.
Two Workarounds:
Quick way (Temporary):
- Select Activate when it starts to automatically search for an automatic activation.
- When the next screen appears, hit the Circle button (Home button) to move over to the phones main screen.
- Choose the Tracker app.
Best way (Full Resolution):
- Turn the phone off.
- Remove the back panel. Easiest to do at the bottom where the USB port is. You will have to remove the battery to get access to the SIM card and it may help if you have a set of tweezers when removing it.
- Remove SIM Card.
- Reassemble phone.
You should no longer receive activation messages upon boot up.
The procedures to configure these phones with the initial installation of the Tracker App are currently being revised to include the additional step of removing this SIM card before shipment to the customer.
