This error is caused by the print location set to a location such Adobe Acrobat instead of a physical printer. Change the location to a physical source and the error will no longer appear.
If the error is still occurring, the issue may lie in the resolution of the screen vs. the resolution of the screen capture when added to the report. To fix, make sure the software screen is not maximized on your desktop (try shrinking it to less than 80 of the screen). Print a report and the error should not appear.
If the issue still persists, we have seen this issue commonly amongst particular HP Printers (e.g., LaserJet 5Si, LaserJet 4050). Action may need to be taken to switch printers and update the drivers.
