Please make sure that you have properly installed the Portlock by placing it into another USB slot and making sure the USB Portlock is recognized. If installation occurs, please accept all defaults and try opening the software again.
Otherwise, try the following steps:
1. Visit the following page: https://sentinel.gemalto.com/support...tinel-drivers/
2. Download the latest Sentinel Protection Installer.
3. Follow the instructions listed in the picture below for uninstalling.
4. Install the latest Sentinel Protection Installer.
5. Plug in portlock and ensure functionality.
