The log files for Measure are sometimes needed by Customer Support for troubleshooting. These log files may be in addition to an .nfo file.
Attached is a tool that will automatically extract this information and save the information into a file named "CAM2_Support_Data.zip" that is placed on your Windows desktop. Please send this .zip file to FARO Support. Copy the file "FARO Measure Support Information Retrieval.bat" that is attached to this e-mail to any location on the computer that has Measure installed and double click on it to run it.
