To report dimensions in different coordinate systems in one report, you can use the grouping function provided in Measure 10 and Q. At the top of the Features Panel, you should see a small folder icon. When the icon is selected, a new group folder will appear. Features can be dragged and dropped into these folders. You can then right click on a folder and choose what coordinate system he/she would like associated to the features inside the folder. When the group is added to the report, they will report from the desired coordinate system. Effectively, you can create a folder for each coordinate system in your file.
