When you open your FARO® SCENE project, if it does not open or error code 33797 appears, it is possible that one of the file revisions in your project is corrupt, causing SCENE to not load the project.
Gather all the project files into a compressed archive, like a .zip file. Then, contact FARO Support and ask for a folder on the FARO Box.com site where you can upload the compressed file. Once you upload the compressed file, we will inspect it to locate the corrupt file revision and change the project file so that SCENE will not load the corrupt revision. This enables the SCENE project to load normally.
