Settings for Scanning Reflective Surfaces With the V5 ES Laser Line Probe (LLP)

You can modify the algorithm settings to adjust for reflective surfaces. Follow the steps below and see the attached document for the steps with pictures.

1. Select “Laser Probe” as the current probe.
2. Click on “Edit” button.
3. Click on “Laser Probe Settings” button.
4. Click the “Advanced Settings” check box.
5. Select “Automatic – Highly Reflective” algorithm.
6. Click on “OK”.
7. Click on “Modify” button.
8. Click on “OK” in the Probe window.
