This article explains how to fix the Licensing Host ID not found error.
Symptoms
Licensing Host ID not found - cannot validate licence error.
Solution
You may see the following error when trying to open ZEB Locate Processor or ZEB Discovery Image Processor:
Licensing Host ID not found - cannot validate licence. Main functionality disabled. Close application?
Please carry out the following fix:
- Open File Explorer and navigate to %localappdata%\geoslam-info\ .

Delete the file called 'UserSetLicenceFolder.txt' as this is redirecting the software to look for the licence in a different location.

Try reopening ZEB Locate Processor or ZEB Discovery Image Processor.
