Graphics Card Requirements Error - HandySCAN BLACK|Elite

Overview
Scanning with a HandySCAN BLACK Series scanner requires a graphics card that supports NVIDIA Compute Capability 6.1 or higher. As of Creaform.OS 1.2.1, Compute Capability 7.5 or higher is required for the HandySCAN BLACK|Elite. This ensures optimal performance and compatibility with CUDA-based processing required by the scanner.
If the system does not meet this requirement, users will encounter a graphics card compatibility warning during software startup or when entering the Scan module.

The warning may appear due to one of the following reasons:
- The installed graphics card does not support adequate Compute Capability.
- The NVIDIA drivers are outdated or improperly installed.
Solution
1. Check Your Graphics Card Model
- Open Device Manager and expand Display Adapters.
- Note the name of your NVIDIA graphics card.
- Visit https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-gpus to verify if your card supports Compute Capability 7.5 or higher.
2. Update NVIDIA Drivers
- Go to https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx.
- Enter your graphics card details and download the latest Production Branch or Studio driver.
- Install the driver and restart your computer.
3. Verify CUDA Support
After updating, confirm that the CUDA runtime is properly installed. You can run the command nvidia-smi from the command prompt to check driver and CUDA compatibility (if CUDA toolkit is installed).
4. Replace the Graphics Card (if needed)
If your current GPU does not meet the Compute Capability requirement:
- Consider upgrading to a compatible NVIDIA GPU.
- Ensure the new card is properly installed and drivers are updated.
