This tutorial guides you through the process of creating a simple animation in The FARO Crash Zone or The FARO Crime Zone. The Animation tutorial applies to the creating simple animations and using the Animation Viewer; no lessons on drawing the initial 2D diagram are taught here. In this tutorial, you will be practicing your Animation techniques on a sample drawing called "Animation Time and Distance Project.czd" which was copied to your hard disk when you installed your program. Many of the images in this tutorial were recorded using The Crash Zone program. CZ Point Cloud Quick Start Tutorial
This tutorial will introduce all the basic concepts you need to create diagrams from the point cloud data that typically captured with a 3D laser scanner. The CZ Point Cloud application uses two separate windows - one to one to display the 3D point cloud and one to display a 2D (top down) view of your diagram. You will perform certain tasks in each of the two windows to create your diagram, but there is only one diagram.
