Customer Experience Improvement Program for Measure 10
In FARO® Measure 10.7 and later, FARO started a program aimed at improving your experience using Measure. This program enables you to affect how product managers prioritize software enhancements and improvements based on real-world usage statistics and error reports that are automatically sent to FARO from Measure. Only information about Measure processing is included; there is no sharing of proprietary user information or measurement data. Sending this information does not affect your system performance, and participation in the program is voluntary.
You can view all the details about the Customer Experience Improvement Program in the Service-Level Agreement (SLA) for Measure 10.7 or later. The SLA is available in the User Manual.
