Wireless Connection Issues with the ZEB Revo RT

Overview

This article explains how to overcome the problem of dropped wireless connections on the ZEB Revo RT.

  • When using your ZEB Revo RT in an environment where there are multiple WiFi networks, you may experience problems with the connection. Under these circumstances we recommend using the ethernet cable provided for the duration of the scan. 
  • You may also choose to "forget" the known network connections on your device to stop it from automatically connecting to them. Please refer to the instruction manual for your device for further information.
  • You can connect to the ZEB Revo RT with multiple devices using the IP address, although performance of the viewer will be affected if there are several devices connected simultaneously.

Data capture is not interrupted if a connected device disconnects (for example, if the battery of the connected device runs out).

We recommend using Google Chrome to view the real time visualisation.
