News Announcement

As of 26-Feb-2019, development has been suspended for RayTracer. This software is now in Legacy status. The features of RayTracer have been incorporated into BuildIT Projector.

BuildIT Projector allows manufacturers to plan and operate imaging laser projection and verification workflows to improve the quality and speed of assembly processes. Together with a FARO® Laser Projector, it is a core component of the first and only all-in-one solution for laser-assisted templating and verification. BuildIT Projector is backwards compatible with TracerM (LPT8) and the only software that drives the new TracerSI Imaging Laser Projector system!

 

Overview

In this 3-minute demo, the platform owner for the FARO® RayTracer™ shows you how to use the software to set up virtual templates that project lasers onto surfaces or objects, providing a virtual template. Operators and assemblers use these templates to quickly and accurately position production components with absolute confidence.
