Remove the CAD Image from a Report in CAM2

Overview

This article explains how to remove the CAD Image from a Report in CAM2.

Procedure

Go to the report section, at the top click on the home tab select “edit layout”. 

If you are shown the following notification, it is important to select ‘No’.



On the body of the program there will be a line called “CADheaderimage”, this line has to be deleted in order to remove the image.

After removing this line save the template with a new name in the following path:

C:\Users\“username”\AppData\Roaming\FARO Technologies\CAM2 Editions\12\Templates\Reporting

Exit the Layout Editor, and return to the report workspace, and load the template that was saved by selecting it from the drop down on the home tab in the report section.
