Refreshing a GeoSLAM Draw License
Overview
This article explains how to perform a forced refresh of a GeoSLAM Draw license.
Procedure
Note: Some further assistance from GeoSLAM support may be required
- Make sure you are connected to the internet.
- Close GeoSLAM Hub and Draw.
- Navigate to the folder C:\Users\*USERNAME*\AppData\Local\Temp.
- Delete the folders called 'PCGS_boostipc' and 'GeoSLAMDraw_tmp'.
- Go to your GeoSLAM Draw folder (C:\Users\*USERNAME*\AppData\Roaming\GeoSLAMDraw).
- Delete the existing geoslamdraw.lic file.
- Open GeoSLAM Hub 6.1 and go to the 'CONFIG' tab.
- Click on 'Advanced options'.
- Click on 'Refresh entitlements' - this may take a few seconds.
- Close GeoSLAM Hub and re-open it.
If you are still facing the same problem, please reboot your machine.
