GeoSLAM Hub Deactivation Not Working

Overview

This article explains what to do when the GeoSLAM Hub license is not deactivating from the GeoSLAM Hub application.

Procedure

When the Hub licence is activated the following sequence of actions occurs:

The Hub licence is activated first
The Draw licence is then activated

When deactivating the reverse happens:

The Draw licence deactivates
The Hub licence deactivates

If Draw does not deactivate correctly, that will prevent the Hub license from deactivating.

Please send us the log files "gs-desktop-window.log" - the location where this can be found depends of the version of Hub you are running:

%appdata%/GeoSLAM Hub v5

(You can type the folder path directly into your File Browser - Windows knows how to interpret the %appdata% part).
