Error-File Format Exception Error When Opening Measure 10

The exception error is referencing frame, image, text, and icon sizes. The problem is caused by a setting in your computer’s display. Follow the steps below to correct the settings to fix the issue. Can you can also toggle the setting to see if it will correct the issue I.e. change from Normal (default) to Large.

For Windows XP:

Start > Control Panel.
Under your Display Settings > Settings Tab > Advanced > General Tab change the DPI setting to Normal Size (96 DPI).
Click Apply

For Windows 7:

Window Icon > Control Panel
Click on Display
Click on Set Custom Text Size DPI
Select 100 % (default) = 96 DPI
Click Apply

You must restart your computer for the settings to take effect.
