Maintenance Guide and Service Options for GeoSLAM Products

Overview
We provide servicing options for all customers using any of our ZEB scanners, including the ZEB Go, ZEB Revo, ZEB Revo RT, and ZEB Horizon.
Please note that service options may change over time in line with product life expectancy.
Important: Servicing and Annual Cleaning and Conformance (ACC) are chargeable and not included as part of the product warranty

Service Options
Minor Service / Annual Cleaning and Conformance
This service includes:
- Initial functional test of the system
- General condition check, full inspection, and clean
- Assessment of battery latch condition and contact points
- Identification of any faulty or damaged components (replacement parts are charged separately)
- Firmware updates applied as required
- Soak/Cycle testing
- Conformance Test / Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
