Customer Experience Improvement Program for CAM2
Overview
In FARO® CAM2® and later, FARO started a program aimed at improving your experience using CAM2. This program enables you to affect how product managers prioritize software enhancements and improvements based on real-world usage statistics and error reports that are automatically sent to FARO from CAM2. Only information about CAM2 processing is included; there is no sharing of proprietary user information or measurement data. Sending this information does not affect your system performance, and participation in the program it's voluntary.
You can view all the details about the Customer Experience Improvement Program in the Service-Level Agreement (SLA) for CAM2 or later. The SLA is available in the User Manual.
