Availability of Technical Support and Upgrades for Older Versions of Measure Software
At some point in the production life cycle of FARO software, we must decide if older software technology is capable of doing the new things users want from the software. If not, we stop developing old software in favor of new software that is more capable. When this happens, the old software is considered Legacy. FARO supports Legacy software for the length of time stated in your license agreement. Access to the support portal, knowledge base articles, manuals, and software downloads remains available for your convenience during that time.
