Log File Location for Measure
The log files for Measure are sometimes needed by Customer Support for troubleshooting. These log files may be in addition to an .nfo file.
Attached is a tool that will automatically extract this information and save the information into a file named "CAM2_Support_Data.zip" that is placed on your Windows desktop. Send this .zip file to FARO Support. Copy the file "FARO Measure Support Information Retrieval.bat" that is attached to this e-mail to any location on the computer that has Measure installed and double click on it to run it.
