FARONow!: Unable to Request Service for Asset
When you attempt to create a service request or Return Material Authorization (RMA) in FARONow!, some assets may not appear in the dropdown menu. Only assets registered under an account that are considered certifiable or serviceable will appear as an option in the dropdown.
Assets that will not appear include:
- Some accessories such as a tripod or probe tip.
- Units that can no longer be serviced.
- Assets not associated with an account.
