Overview

The FaroArm® has a Software Developers Kit (SDK) that enables application engineers to create custom programs to control the device through the FaroArm USB Driver, which can be downloaded from here.

Getting the SDK 

To get access to the FaroArm SDK please contact your regional FARO Support. It is essential to describe the application and purpose of the SDK integration for your project with as much detail as possible. If you have questions feel free to reach out to FARO Support. After approval, you will receive a welcome letter and will need to sign an NDA before you receive the link to the download and user documentation.

Getting Technical Support for the SDK 

To get support for the FaroArm SDK, contact your regional FARO Support. Note: The scope of support for the FaroArm SDK assumes that the persons asking questions are experienced application developers who understand how to work with SDK functions, libraries, and data structures.
