- Be sure to read the relevant sections of the user manual and training manual to find the help you need. These manuals are part of your initial installation and are also available for download from our knowledge base.
- Visit FARO Support on the Web to access your FARO account, search our knowledge base, submit a support case, and track the case status. This resource is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
- When you submit a case, document the problem you are experiencing. Be as specific as you can and list the steps to reproduce the problem. The more information you provide, the faster we can resolve it.
- If you cannot resolve your problem using the available support resources, have your device’s Serial Number available before calling FARO Support.
