User, Project, and Workspace Management in Sphere
Overview
FARO Sphere contains a powerful set of access control options to group/manage users and projects as well as define workspace permissions. The following videos highlight some of these access control features. For more detailed information, see the User Documentation for FARO Sphere.
Workspace Roles in Sphere
A workspace role is a collection of general permissions within a workspace. It can be assigned to either a user or a group of users.

A project role is a list of permissions for a particular project or a collection of projects within a workspace. It can be assigned to either a user or a group of users.
