Refresh Entitlements in GeoSLAM Hub
Overview
This article explains how to Refresh Entitlements in GeoSLAM Hub to apply any modifications that have been made to a license.
Note: This procedure is only relevant for refreshing GeoSLAM Hub licenses
Procedure
Sometimes GeoSLAM Hub reports that it cannot find a valid license. When you attempt to perform a processing task, you may see an error message such as:
Warning: exception : no valid license found (no licenses found)
Usually there is a simple fix for this called "refreshing entitlements", which forces Hub to re-validate the activation code against our licensing server. You can perform this as follows:
- Make sure you are connected to the internet
- Open GeoSLAM Hub and go to the ‘Config’ tab
- Click on ‘Advanced Options’:
- Click on ‘Refresh Entitlements’ – this may take a few seconds
- Close Hub and reopen it
If the problem is not immediately fixed, please reboot your machine and try again. If you are still experiencing the problem, please contact GeoSLAM Support with your activation code and we can investigate further
