Serial Number Error Message in GeoSLAM Hub

This articles explains how to proceed if the "no valid serial number" error message appears in GeoSLAM Hub for an end user.
Procedure
This error message means that your hardware serial number is not linked to the license you are using to process the data.
Please email GeoSLAM Support with your GeoSLAM Hub license code and hardware serial number, and we will be able to check your license and resolve the issue.
