FARO® retains certification documentation for at least three years from the last certification date of your FARO device.
To obtain a copy of this documentation, go to the Support Portal. If you do not have a portal account, please create one. Click on Assets, and scroll to the bottom until you find the Certifications area. Here you can see a list of all available certifications for your FARO products. For each available certification, you can Preview, Download, and Print.
If you do not find the certification you are looking for, use the Support Portal to enter a Support case, In the case, provide details about the certification you are looking for. Include the serial number of the devices for which you want certifications. A Support Agent will contact you when your case is received.
