FARO® service centers do not return replaced or defective parts or components to the device owner after completion of a service or repair. All parts are proprietary to FARO. However, we will return the entire intact device, in the condition in which we received it. This policy applies to all FARO customers and insurance company agents alike. We understand that you may need to review or document replaced or defective parts. If you need photos, please let us know at the time you schedule your service. On a case-by-case basis, you may also request to visit the FARO service center closest to you to inspect replaced or defective parts there.
