ScanPlan System Diagnostics Test
Overview
When you receive one of the following error codes, a System Diagnostics Test will help diagnose potential issues with your FARO® ScanPlanTM and will likely be requested if you contact customer service.
- 203: ScanPlan status LED red: System Failure
- 212: External USB port not working
- 320: Unable to start mapping
- 362: USB-Export not working
Starting a System Diagnostic Test
- Connect your phone or PC to the ScanPlan.
- Insert a USB stick into the ScanPlan.
- On the home screen, click the menu button in the upper right corner.
- Click System Test.
- Click RUN TEST.
- Save the results and contact customer service if the scanner continues to exhibit the problems.
