Error-SafeNet Code 58 Invalid Recipient or Invalid XML Recipient Parameter
Overview
You might see error code 58 that comes from the Sentinel Admin Control Center that says Invalid Recipient or Invalid XML Recipient Parameter when you are setting up a network license server or when assigning a network license to a client computer not attached to the server. This error message occurs when the HASP license drivers used on the server and on client computers do not have the same version number. The HASP driver version number used on the server should match the version number used on the clients. When the version numbers match, you should not get this error message.
The latest FARO software always uses the latest HASP license driver. When client computers upgrade to a new FARO software release, the installer could upgrade the HASP driver to a new version. When FARO Software upgrades occur, check to see if the HASP driver version on the server matches the version on the clients. You may have to upgrade the server HASP license driver.
