When completing the calibration test for the 8-Axis system, an error appears stating that the calibration log file cannot be obtained. To resolve this, try the following procedure.
- Ensure any software communicating to the FaroArm and FaroArm Manager is closed.
- In Windows, go to the File Explorer.
Input the following path:
- Locate the following file (containing your 8-Axis serial number):
TFX-XXX-XXX Turner Log.json
- Delete the file.
- Open FaroArm Manager.
- Try calibrating the 8-Axis again.
The calibration results should now save successfully. If you are still experiencing this issue, contact FARO Support.
