FARO Licensing Manager - Unexpected Behavior When Password is Required

This article explains how to proceed if the FARO Licensing Manager behaves unexpectedly when a password is required to access Sentinel Admin Control Center.
Licensing Manager displays a loading screen
When launching the FARO® Licensing Manager application, the user can be presented with an endless "loading" screen, and the license information is not displayed. This issue can only happen on Licensing Manager/service versions < 2.1.45.
To solve the problem, please update the Licensing Manager and service to the latest version available.

If the manager shows an endless loading screen it’s possible that ACC has been password protected by the user.
To confirm this, please open http://localhost:1947/_int_/config.html on the affected machine and check if any of the options highlighted are selected:
In latest HASP versions it is mandatory to choose a password to select either one of those options.

How to Fix
